Service Disclaimer
Last updated: July 17, 2026
Miss No Call provides AI-assisted inbound phone answering and appointment booking tools. Please read this disclaimer together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
AI limitations
Speech recognition and generative AI can mishear names, numbers, addresses, and intent; may hallucinate or omit details; and may behave unexpectedly with accents, background noise, or interrupted calls. The AI is not a substitute for a licensed professional, emergency services, or human judgment for urgent or high-risk situations.
Business customer responsibilities
- Review prompts, knowledge content, and booking rules so they match your real hours, service area, and policies.
- Verify appointments, especially urgent or overlapping bookings, before dispatching staff.
- Provide any legally required notices to your callers about recording, transcription, or AI use where applicable.
- Ensure your use of caller personal information complies with PIPEDA and applicable provincial law.
Recordings and transcripts
Calls may be processed to produce transcripts, summaries, and recordings for your business portal. Treat that content as confidential personal information and restrict access appropriately.
No emergency service
Do not rely on Miss No Call for life-threatening emergencies. Callers needing emergency help should contact local emergency services (e.g. 911 in Canada).
